Here are 3 simple steps to get your fuelcard account into gear...

Step 1 - Protect your card(s)

• Keep a record of the card numbers and who they've been allocated to
• Complete the blank panel on the reverse of your card(s) with either the driver's signature or vehicle registration
• Memorise your PIN. DO NOT write the PIN anywhere on the fuel card*
• For your protection, cards are temporarily put on stop after three wrong PIN entries*
• Keep your Chip (if applicable) and magnetic strip clean
• Avoid sunlight, magnets and direct heat
• Do not bend, split, or scratch your card(s)
• Take out our Zero Liability for protection against fraud. Call customer services for more information

Step 2 - Register for online account management

• Go to www.thefuelcardcompany.co.uk
• Click on customer services, then online account management
• A new window will open and you should click on the link named 'this form' to access the 'New User Request form'
• Enter and submit your company details. A username and password will be sent to you within 24 hours
• On receipt of your username and password, re-visit www.thefuelcardcompany.co.uk and go to the online account management page again to enter your password and start enjoying the following features;
  • Account Enquiry
  • Copy Invoices
  • Card enquiry
  • Order new cards/stop cards
  • Drawings enquiry

Step 3 - Get to know our site locator services

• Visit www.thefuelcardcompany.co.uk/sitelocator
• Enter town, city or postcode and select your card from the drop-down box
• Click 'search' to find desired sites
• You can then print off a list of sites to take with you
• Drivers with Sat Navs can visit or downloads page to load all the sites onto your navigation system; www.thefuelcardcompany.co.uk/downloads
